"Never deal with these agents. The level of "professionalism" i faced into solving my issue with the policy lead me to almost not being able to drive. Information that you get from them on the phone, then in emails and then in application is three different things. "Agents"may not call you back when you leave a message, they won't explain to you what exactly is going on with your insurance and pull the situation till the critical moment when you may be left without insurance. They don't care about customers AT ALL."

"After being so fed up with paying and arm and a leg just for auto insurance, we finally decided to switch from Progressive. Halle was excellent and went above and beyond my expectations for an agent. She was able to bundle both our cars and renter’s all for WAY less than what I was paying. She thoroughly explained all my options, answered all questions and I feel confident in knowing what I’ve signed up for. She also respectfully texts before calling and I just love that… as a millennial mom who’s constantly on-the-go, texting and asking permission to call kept me engaged and more willing to switch.
